I only ever drove through a few times and had a lot of Cali visitors up in Oregon. So I’ll take your word for it. It’s definitely prevalent out here!

I feel you.
If I was single and had to choose somewhere in NH I’d prob be in Manchester, Dover or Nashua

Noticed this too. They’re everywhere.
Not as bad as California but still noticeable. I’ve only lived in a handful or states though so I don’t have much to compare to.

We settled in Keene and while there’s outdoorsy stuff all around it’s pretty deep from Boston.
What kinda stuff is important to you? Need a dating scene? Need for more than a handful restaurants? Music scene?
I came from Portland, Or. and it was a bit of a change. We almost settled in Concord but houses were more $ than we wanted to pay.
Coworkers talked down a bit about Manchester and Nashua but i don’t have enough experience to speak on those towns. 🤷♂️

Low maintenance, recurring income investment. Especially as people move outwards away from big cities.
I’d just sell all of my shit for sure but I’ve talked to a few people that have moved all over the place and still had “sentimental” stuff in other states/across the country.
It’s a pretty smart investment, I believe location is key. ( obviously ) the higher population or a growing population the better. Low maintenance for any business is sought after

Bend and surrounding areas a beautiful but it’s crazy expensive out there. If you can afford it I say go for it!
Smith Rock is absolutely stunning

Native Portlander that moved to NH 2 years ago. It’s super fun if your younger and single. Not a great place to raise kids IMO. The scenery is ridiculous but there’s too many people to enjoy it anymore 😢
Still getting used to New England but it’s been pretty dang nice out here so far.

Bins are awesome, we wish there were more like the goodwill bins. I’ve found so many good and dirt cheap things!
