Can confirm that eastern CT drivers love to ride your tail with high beams on. If you’re not going at least 10 over on rural highways, be prepared to be passed in a non passing zone.
Im an eastern CT driver myself and I actively notice my bad habits and try the correct them but some people just see you as another obstacle. Lovely people over here though.
