By the details you listed only the first is a logical choice. 4K monitors for PC gaming are a joke, 2K should be 27 inch and 1080p needs 24 inches. If you only game and consume media on it you can go curved otherwise for productivity it is counter productive and you might hate it either way. If you are searching for a monitor for a console turn around and look at TVs instead.

The sweet spot in general would be a non curved, non OLED (because burn in) 27 inch 2K monitor which is G- or Freesync compatible and has a refresh rate of 120 to 180 Hertz. Just make sure to choose a panel you like, usually IPS is the least problematic, fast and good looking.

Active? None, never. If I like the game and play it a lot I buy it before the season ends and I hopefully reached the maximum level in it and the rewards are relevant. Especially if you earn enough premium currency to just buy the next one. If the game does not allow for that or at least a fraction of the price or to earn levels without having it and getting all the rewards afterwards fuck it, fuck the game and their publishers.

Still solid but there are much better alternatives. The Switch simply replaced the 3DS fully so it is quite obsolete. You can basically emulate all these old games but jailbreaking the system is much harder than just getting a Steam Deck and installing an emulator. The Steam Deck is a full PC and has many advantages over it.

Any game that has a main soundtrack returning in all installments win my heart. I love how in Fallout and Elder Scrolls this is always just a remix of the theme. Other than that any game that utilizes music in some form to deliver information or subconscious hints. Radio in GTA, indie rock in Life is Strange or the ocarina songs in Zelda.

Not even with the free games. Needing to have this thing running in the background and everything connected to it is just such a bad experience for the user. Also even without using it actively it just makes everything sluggish and basically gives your PC a horrible illness. There is a big difference between using a good deal or being unnecessarily cheap. Epic is the second.

Somewhere in the Steam settings, just look around and you will find it. GeForce Experience is a horrible piece of software and something seems wrong with it. You should visually notice if a game runs in 30 FPS instead of 120+ so rely on your eyes and not numbers.

If your games run fine just the counter is wrong then stop solving the wrong problem. Download Display Driver Uninstaller and your graphics cards current driver from Nvidia. Run DDU and uninstall the Nvidia driver fully and cleanly. After that reboot and install the current driver, preferably only the parts you need (Custom Install) and leave out GeForce Experience.

It has an 8 core, 16 threads CPU and a gaming GPU of course it is a gaming PC. It is neither modern nor going with the current standards but DDR5 and what comes with it is super overpriced and not worth it. So I would say you are absolutely fine and still in the current consumer generation. Sure you could beef up your CPU if your motherboard allows for it and graphics cards updates are always worth it but do not overdo it as it is also not worth it. Maybe wait for the current DDR5 generation to settle with a second or third smaller generation of hardware. That could be a good time to upgrade or rather just invest into a fully new PC.

What do you mean by "GeForce"? The GeForce Experience overlay showing you FPS? So both counters show different values? Try out the one built into Steam.

Demon's Souls. Have no console for that right now so I played through Elden Ring, got hooked and just finished Dark Souls 1. Starting part 2 soon and wish to beat also Sekiro and somehow Bloodborne if it ever gets a port or I can rent my friends console. After that maybe some other soulslike games, especially that Pinocchio Bloodborne.

Please avoid weird software to fix problems. Your PC is definitely struggling with some changes but that will rather make it even more worse. Start with the basics: Is your power supply powerful enough to run your new graphics card? Did you do a clean install of Windows 11? Did you do a proper uninstall and clean install of your new graphics driver? Are your monitors plugged in to the graphics card? If you plug them into your motherboard you will automatically use the internal graphics chip on your CPU which is much weaker.

Bullshit. I do not even know what CD Project has to do with that. So far they did great Witcher games with nearly no hate whatsoever. Recently their company's reputation has been hurt and partly been restored which all happened due to company and investor mismanagement on the subject of Cyberpunk.

About Netflix you could technically argue into the direction of them approaching topics in a weird way that repels a lot of people or including thematics that do not go well with the displayed story. Anyway Netflix's The Witcher was rather good even though they did a lot of weird things. Having a writer hating the books and only Henry carrying the whole series is bad but ruining it? No. They had a chance, they made something out of it and now it is time to let it go.

A modern desktop PC is usually constructed in such way that the air flows from bottom and front, takes up the hot air from your components and blows it out in the back and top. That includes the GPU so if it is not faulty, there is nothing to change.

If you do not have a fully botched rig and the airflow is somewhat intact then keep your PC as it is and do not point additional outside fans at it. Especially not at the open side panel. Just make sure it does not stand on a carpet and has a few centimeters of space in all directions.

If needed replace your fans for better ones or add more. Just make sure that more air goes in than out to have some pressure from inside. Otherwise you will suck in more dust than you kick out.

As answered already a million times on this Subreddit: Yes. On PC since release, on modern consoles shortly after and on old consoles never. Would even say that it was even worth the full price because I liked the story, atmosphere and never had any bugs. Very rarely some weird graphical glitches but that is it.
