As a crazy pipe dream, I would love to see them as a floating stage in the middle of the river north of pedestrian bridge they could put in some awesome summer concerts down there and people on both sides of the river and in the pedestrian bridge could enjoy it. It would be a really weird feature to have which I think makes it even more 'Providencey'

I would love to see them commit to keeping that parcel as part of the park, it's such a beautiful open area and it was awesome when they had pride down there last year. As a pipe dream I would love to see them remove the buildings and parking lot just north of that park and expand the park, maybe add basketball courts or a jungle gym or an amphitheater or something.

I don't have an opinion on the design either way, and we definitely do need more housing but, I just wish it was going on one of the nearby parking lots or something. I really like that park, it's one of the few bits of big open green space in downtown, and a lot of people hang out down there in the warmer months. For the record, I don't really care about the sun flowers getting torn up to become apartments because nobody really used that green space for anything.

It would have cost so much more money to remove old pipes carefully enough to be able to install then in a new building and try to account for the cuts and bends in the pipe than to just buy and build new. The most likely explanation is simply a faulty sprinkler head or one installed incorrectly.
Stagnant water always start to grow things and smell bad.

So, if you mean automatic headlights, then yes please use them! But I think daytime running lights are part of the problem because they're not the same as headlights, and people don't realize they've got one on but not the other.

Tavern on The Square in Garden City might be worth a shot if you don't mind going that far.
