Why does a non tax paying entity have any input that is that heavily considered?

Never got the chance to try it, how did it compare to say ichiran or ippudo in the city. Or miso ramen if anyone has had in jersey city?

Awful reason for something to be done to help, but at least 500+ people are off the street. I hope it's not just temporary to move them away from higher income areas like other cities favorite way to deal with it.

Sure but if you forgot and your train is there I'd risk the ticket for the couple of underground stops. Especially when it's late and time between trains is longer.

Think they used the app then probably got on or off at penn with no signal. If you get on around some of the underground locations definitely possible to lose connection before the digital validation finishes. I've had it happen once or twice when not wanting to miss the train.

Also this video doesnt show too many faces and whatnot. I have the same cynical view sometimes but still someone is getting some food that needs it. And maybe inspires someone to get out and help or donate.

I'd suggest taking a visit to Newark to get a better feel for your self, for even a day or two. It's like any city, some areas are rough and some will be fine with what you'd expect from a city. I went to school here from Jersey City and now own a home in Newark and I like living here. Personally in the North ward, not forest hills and I can say I enjoy living here.
