I like the style of those boots.
Do they have removable insoles? Forgot to add that in my post.

I think I've seen those in shoe stores but didn't pay much attention to them. Will take a closer look at them.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will take a look at the Jim Green Stockman and Mongrels as I've looked at the others.

Canada West seems to be a strong contender. Not sure about Doc Marten and Ugg.

What do you think of Redback boots?
They're slightly cheaper than the Blundstones I looked at, have removable insoles and apparently have better build quality than Blundstones but they're also made in Australia instead of Vietnam.

Those would be the use cases that I would wear Chelsea-style boots for. I rarely spend more than an hour outside during the winter.
I live down south in Kitchener-Waterloo which might be just a few digits warmer than Ottawa.

So it seems. I might have to try looking into some lace up boots with a removable insole.
Do you have those woolen insoles in your Blundstones for the winter?

I checked their retailer list and the one store in my city that carries their products only has their work boots. The Romeos look good though.

Seems there are a few stores in my city that carry their footwear. I should check them out.
I deleted a response to your comment which was supposed to be intended for someone else's comment FYI.

Their WM Moorby boots look good, but unfortunately the one retailer in my city that carries their products only has their work boots.
