LPT: always take care of your customer service needs when you don't need to be somewhere else any time soon. It takes the stress and pressure off both you and them to know that you aren't in any hurry. Honestly, this is the best way to do any errands or appointments if possible.

This is what I do. Occasionally I will check the 3 stars too, but I pay no attention to the 1's and 5's because they are all inevitably biased. I also like to look for ones with updates or where the person has had the item for longer than a few days because it helps you learn how well it holds up.

Glad to know that if I ever have crazy killers in animal masks trying to get me, my best chance is to army crawl with my laptop to the router (pretty sure they'd have to get into our basement to cut the cable, or cut it at the router itself, in which case I'm fucked anyway.) Thank you for the explanation!
