I think If you shoot in raw and edit the photo in Lightroom Mobile, you can at least reduce the effect substantially. It won’t get rid of everything, like the baked in noise reduction, but it really does help to make the photos look natural again

If you are shooting in ProRAW then I highly suggest downloading Lightroom mobile, importing the ProRAW photo there and scrolling to the “profiles” tab. Then, either choose a different profile like Adobe Color or change the Apple ProRAW to 0. This will fix most of the “overly-processed” look you get, and brings your photos back to a neutral state. Try it out!
