I don't understand your argument. The reason I don't understand it is just because it's still illegal federally, what is stopping New Hampshire from actually implementing it? the federal government has said it will not go after businesses and users in other states that allow marijuana. why do we have to wait until the federal government does Is it a principle thing?

- I absolutely agree that wet socks do suck ass, and Yes they will be putting up a sound wall as part of this project. I will be nice to talk at living room volume in the back yard.

haha, a detention pond handles the runoff from the neighborhood. In this case, it temporarily detains the water and it'll dry up in about 24 hours. A retention pond is flooded all the time and never empties.

DOT is redoing the detention ponds on either side of the house. and in the back, they are plumbing both of them together.
