How ready can you be, though? Like has everyone started building bunkers or something?
If a MAD situation happened I feel like all you can really do is duck and cover and then try to survive fallout and ruined infrastructure with your own supply of food and medical supplies. Hospitals and transit would be fucked so if you’re injured or sick you’ll probably die and grocery stores won’t be stocked/can’t grow food on irradiated/burnt rubble piles so you’ll get hungry and die

Here’s a review that discusses a lot about caffeine and it’s metabolites effects. Generally, apparently, caffeine intake reduces fatty deposits in the liver as well as risk of hepatitis and cancers of the liver.
