If i recall correctly, they do room people with members of the same gender, really just depends on whats available when you go. Most likely they’ll try their best to keep you within your age group and gender, basically if you identify as a woman they’ll more likely than not want to put you with other women ect. Im not sure if there’s something more specific for trans individuals though, but most people at these places are happy to answer any of your questions so dont be afraid to ask :)
I would definitely try butler hospital. Ive experiences there and while its never really that pleasant to be in the hospital, they were very friendly and accepting.
