Lol try walking a few blocks outside or away from NJ pac area and let’s see if the statement holds true still.
I mean not to diss it, newark IS getting better than it used to be, but that is a low bar. So applaud the accomplishment but I would not encourage people to walk around without being aware of there surroundings like some people do in NYC

This shoulda been a thing awhile ago. Cause mandatory flood insurance can be hella expensive on top of home prices. So every buyer should be aware of this so as not to trick them into a bad situation.

Lol find a meet up or hobby/interest for that meet up and then go and meet people. Not too difficult, you’ll find a bunch of passionate NJ folks who’ll be friends.
For me it was Falconry, found a club, went to a meet and now hooked. Made a lot of good friends along the way.
