I didn’t get one either (and yes, I itemized last year, and no, I didn’t get the full SALT deduction). Thought that was weird but I wound up just finding the amount of the rebate from my bank statement and the rest wasn’t hard to figure out so I didn’t really need the form.

There isn’t a downpayment limit, just a downpayment minimum. I have the ONE mortgage and I put down about 11%. I agree that 3% would be really hard to pull off with all the other program requirements.

A little PSA: for anyone looking to buy their first home, check out the ONE Mortgage program. It’s a nice little first-time homebuyers loan we have here in Mass and I feel like not a lot of people know about it.

Oh, I thought you meant the rebate we got in October/November, which was separate from last year’s taxes.
