Reply to BIFL Amazon recommendations! by ChikkuAndT
They sell millions of items, some of them from brands this sub likes like All Clad and others. They also sell lots and lots of trash.
Amazon is just a way to buy stuff. You discover the stuff you want to buy elsewhere and if Amazon happens to sell it for a good price you buy it there.

It looks like it’s mounted under the cabinet so it’s taking space that would otherwise be empty…pic makes it difficult to see

Reply to My Panasonic ER411 nose hair trimmer. by HaliBUTTsteak
Have tried a bunch of different Panasonic ones and none of them compared to the Wahl I currently use. Bonus: the Wahl has different attachments and can trim lots of different types of hair with the same base.
Also, Panasonic has a worthless warranty and rude CS.

Reply to 8 Years Ago I bought this Bluetooth Rechargeable speaker at CVS for $25. It's still going strong and keeps a charge. by uber765
I wouldn’t want to listen to music on that for 8 minutes let alone 8 years. BIFL isn’t just something that lasts a long time, it also has to have an element of high quality as well.
This potato speaker isn’t on that level.

Room and Board has been around a lot longer than burrow and make great furniture. Between the two R&B is the clear choice.

Get a Miele vacuum, great suction that doesn’t quit
