I'm never sure if the people who attempt to use this reasoning are just trolling or if they can't/refuse to see the big picture.
If everyone jumps the fare, metro has a revenue shortfall which could result in among other things: service cutbacks, fewer employees to perform maintenance, safety checks, etc...
So yeah, it harms all of us when some people decide they don't need to pay for a service that depends on our revenue to function properly.

What CBO did you go through? Also, the last time I heard, the Urban League (which used to handle the bulk of the NOEs) and were pretty good at getting them out fairly quickly, was no longer doing them and they're being processed out of DC HFA.

I travel pretty frequently for work and it seems like it's always an early flight. My advice, sked a cab! They're cheaper, they don't cancel at the last minute, and you can use an app to track them, pay in advance, etc... I've used yellow cab - no complaints.
My last 6AM flight, I sked an Uber the night before, and at 5:15AM, Uber had an issue and it was a fucking mess to get to DCA on time.

Jesus - This just dragged me back to my childhood in lovely Yoonty. I have no idea who taught us this, but my siblings and I all said it when one of would do something (that we most likely would report back to our parents) that was going to end up with an ass whooping.

I kinda like Moovit. It searches everything we have available and gives me the ETA for each - for the bus function, it lets me know when it's time to get off at the best stop.

It might be a Norwegian pine but it's an evergreen tree from Norway that is a gift to DC that they send every year.

Do you mean Amtrak & Metro? If so, absolutely. If you mean a miniature model set, I've never seen one.
