Reply to Any WA state pharmacists or doctors able to answer a question on refills for controlled substances at a pharmacy? I'm just baffled now on why certain hoops need monthly jumping, and if it is corporate policy, state law, or Federal law. This is CVS and Swedish. by Seattle_Is_Wet
Solidarity. I’ve been without my concerta for a month because of the shortage. I’m finally on my pharmacy’s waiting list but I’m supposed to call every three days and yeah… that’s probably not happening.

Reply to Do you prefer Washington to Massachusetts? by Clollin
Ooh this is a thread I’m oddly qualified to comment.
I grew up in the greater Boston area and lived in Cambridge as an adult.
I moved to Washington almost two years ago.
I prefer Washington. I like the weather, the nature, the sound, I like my proximity to Seattle and Portland, I find the people are friendlier. I also prefer the time zone for sports.
I have a sentimental attachment to Boston, but I don’t think I’d live there again. Too expensive and difficult to get around. (Although my cousin and I call 5 our 128). Don’t miss the T breaking down all the time. Too much snow.
