For me it's MASH.
The biggest reason for me is how thoroughly and brilliantly they explored its setting and what a TV dramedy could be. Smartly written comedic episodes, very poignant dramatic ones, a bunch of episodes that blurred that line, and quite a few experimental episodes that pushed the format of the series in very creative ways.
And for me, it has my favorite cast on a TV series. Through the emotional highs and lows, you get to know these characters so thoroughly that even some of the bigger caricatures have their moments of humanity (even if it's more hidden in someone like Frank). And while some actors are stronger than others, I thought they were all very good in their respective roles, and did a very admirable job playing the various emotional beats they had to throughout the seasons and bring their characters to life as well as they did.
Edit: I will say that Lost used to be mine as well, and while that's no longer the case, it's still pretty high on my list.

MASH - Alan Alda as Hawkeye, and David Ogden Stiers as Charles
Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul - Both Bryan Cranston and Bob Odenkirk did a great job in their respective leading roles.
Star Trek TNG - Patrick Stewart as Picard
Star Trek Voyager - Robert Picardo as the Doctor, and Jeri Ryan as Seven
Star Trek DS9 - So many from this cast, but especially Avery Brooks as Sisko, Armin Shimmerman as Quark, Rene Auberjonois as Odo, Andrew Robinson as Garak, and Marc Alaimo as Gul Dukat

For me, it might be Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, seasons 4-7. Admittedly the 7th season had a few more bumps than the others, but it was still damn good.

He may not have the most extensive list of credits, but looking on IMDB, he has landed roles on some fairly notable shows, especially some animated stuff.

From a selfish perspective, I don't mind since I have Amazon but don't have HBO Max. From a logical perspective, you're absolutely right. The whole aftermath of the merger has left me so baffled with how much of a wrecking ball stance they've taken with their properties. I'm glad we may still be able to get these properties in some form though.

Please be true, and please include that Caped Crusader series.
I've just recently gotten back into Batman TAS. I'm not too far into it (12 episodes, in production order), but I'm already really enjoying it. I like how it can go from lighter action, or even comedy, to some more grounded, serious stuff. It can be a lot more mature than you'd expect from a kid's show. That being said, there are some stories that just couldn't be done on that kind of show, or at least not done right. One example (and looking into this, it doesn't look like they've used the character in any animation, but please correct me if I'm wrong) is Zsazs. The guy's a creepy psycho, and would work really well in this kind of series. And I'm sure there are other examples as well.
And of course any other show they add on top of that would be a nice bonus as well.

Not surprising given the CW situation. I'd be more surprised if even a single show gets another season.
Either way, sorry to see it go. It was one of the better CW superhero shows IMO. At least it apparently has an actual ending, and is going out while it's still good.

MASH season 4.
This season was like the apex between the earlier seasons, with their strong comedic writing, and the later dramedy-heavy, often experimental stories (my preferred era, but both had their strong suits). So many classic episodes in this season. And while it does have one of the more divisive episodes ("Hawkeye"), it's actually one that I do enjoy for what it is. Not a favorite, but doesn't diminish the season for me like it might for some people.
