Yea on the weekends it’s pretty packed from 10-1pm later in the afternoon though is quiet if you can make it then.

Not sure what your schedule dictates but if you can 4-5:30pm is pretty decent time, you should be able to get anything you need with relative quickness. Otherwise call it 7:30-8:00pm the after work crowd thins out and again you can get to pretty much anything you need.

If you can pull a lunch hour run that's also a good time. I know that's impossible or pretty hard for most of us these days though.

I can't speak to the before work crowd because I'm not a total masochist.

Agree with this, lots of Dr’s and offices around the city. The Trinity Place location is right off the WTC PATH. Be prepared to wait some time for an initial appointment with one of the more in demand Dr’s.

Lastly I’d say I like their MyChart software easy booking of appointments and finding other Drs and pretty thorough medical records and communication with your Dr.

The dog breed is going to be an issue, every large building people listed and I’m sure you’ve found, will tell you a German Shepard is a restricted breed. You’ll need an exception some will give it to you but it’s a thing. Unless the dog looks enough like a mutt or other breed you can lie on the app.

Apartment size might be an issue. Some of those buildings don’t have 3BRs and some do, but often that’ll put you at $6-7k+. What do you consider a large 2BR? 1200sqft? If so you’ll find some of them, but if you want 1400-1500 that’s hard to find.

You should also check some of the condo buildings because plenty of them have people renting their condos. 88 Morgan, 2 2nd St, etc… you might find a 3BR rental there but likely have to pay a broker fee.

If you go from 5-7pm expect a zoo on weekdays and 10-1pm on weekends. Later or earlier than those hours it’s really not that bad.

Been going through 2yrs and very happy with it, but yea sometimes it can get too busy.

As another commentator said why move? Vantage is one of the nicer newer buildings so if you can afford it you won’t find better amenities and such for your budget.

The 50/70/90 Columbus collection might be within your budget with a concession. Same goes for Urby or 65 Bay St, Modera Lofts etc…

The newer buildings like Haus, Hendrix will be more than that unless you can get a 2 month or better free month incentive.

Also if you can move in Jan/Feb you’ll have the most leverage in terms of pricing and incentives. And don’t forgot to negotiate even if they say they don’t negotiate you can always ask especially if you have multiple options.

I’ve only been on the weekend but they might have something going on a Thursday. I think JC is relatively quiet during the week. If you want a Tu/Wed night party you probably need to go into the city.

I’d agree with above. Six26 is the best local place if you want to find a place to dance any random night. It is queer-oriented but it attracts a pretty wide mix of people. DJ quality has varied night to night.
