I do, but honestly it's a double-edge sword. For every Douglas Adams that you find out spends (spent in his case) all his time and money pursuing noble causes and helping people, you'll have an Orson Scott Card who has turned into a diet-Rush Limbaugh.

Cyberinsurance is hella high, and to qualify you have to pass a strict security audit. So they cover themselves on both ends, high premiums and enforcing policies that reduce the chance of a payout. Most mom and pops won't be able to buy into such plans and just have to absorb the risk.

Best Star Wars speech ever. I was watching with headphones and wasn't really aware I was doing it, but apparently, I audibly cheered, which confused the hell out of my wife.

Reply to comment by Infernalism in A study found that people perceive that robots are replacing human jobs at a greater rate than they actually are. Only 14% of workers say they’ve had their job replaced by a robot. Workers who had been supplanted by a robot estimated that 47% of all jobs have been lost to robots. by Brave_Cycle_8745
An industrial robot might replace one or two people each shift. So even across multiple shifts, you lose 6 people, at most, and probably have to add one back for machine maintenance. Whereas buying MS Excel took departments of 20+ MBAs and turned them into two or three people with associates doing the same thing. Same for medical records, drafting/technical drawing, and so many other. Most people would even think about the latter as "lost to automation" though.

Most of them, Jefferson especially, would be confused as hell as to why we are so doggedly trying to maintain the late 18th century version of a law, when the document was explicitly written in such a way as to make it updatable to changing political and social attitudes.
