I live next to an Airbnb. It is truly the worst neighbor experience I've ever had. You never know what kind of person/group you'll get. Despite having a lot on the back side of the house, the owners tell renters to park on the street in the front (parallel parking). Needless to say, many of these people do not park courteously and take up much needed space. They are quite noisy and on several occasions we have had issues with the guy managing the property (not the owner) improperly disposing of garbage.

The noise is something I expect living in the city. But not knowing who my new neighbor might be every weekend is not a fun experience.

Oh yeah... Unless you're doing something related to hospitality or mid-high end dining, starting a business out there is going to be tough.

I think that very heavily depends on your business. Trying to do anything in the luxury/commodity space? Sure leave PA.

Doing things in agriculture? It is ezpz compared to some other rural states.

Learn your sectional charts, Radio code format, and METARs. Those are easily the hardest parts. If you have any questions shoot me a message, I took mine at the beginning of the year and passed on my first try.

While that is true, the most logical solution to illegal marijuana is federal legalization or decriminalization. There's no reason it should be left up to states. If it is an issue important to you, you would be able to understand that.
