Absolutely. Gotta build coalitions that engage in persistent, inclusive, nonviolent direct action, like SNCC did or Black Lives Matter is attempting to do against state resistance.

This is good. The US tends to have a monopoly on research because all the pharmaceutical companies make a killing here, and they won’t research these enough to get insurance to cover them, but psychotropic therapies have so much potential, I hope this helps a lot of people.

Radical Acceptance. I literally just started learning about this and it’s definitely gonna take some time given how long I was in the behavioral patterns that got me here, it I am also hopeful that this is the way through my anxiety and other issues.

This is kind of trite in a world this toxic. I get the sentiment but…perhaps the stronger message is that we get to choose how we respond to bad days and gain some power in what makes them “bad days”.
