That’s good to know, I’ll have to talk to my physician about that as an option! I only have one girlfriend who had it and she wound up with worse periods, so I have always thought to avoid it.

For me, it is absolutely worth it because my priorities include 1) not getting pregnant, 2) using forms of birth control that are compatible with my high blood pressure, and 3) not having a period. For #3, having not had a period for so many years, I don’t think I could ever go back to that misery.

I wasn’t looking down when I was walking in Dupont last night and I stepped on a dead rat and some insides squished to become outsides. It was not great. Nope.
