Remember you ultimately want to turn data into actions or insight. This is often done thru visualization. Often designers of Infographics are only interested in making a viz. Which is why this infographic missed the mark. One tangible suggestion is to add a short explanation of the metrics used which may help tie the story together better.

Looks like these are looking up! Hopefully passion for data helped in this journey because this viz is looking nice!
