No lie. There's currently a title paper shortage.
I wish this was a joke comment, it's completely serious.

Seems insignificant, but check the electric supplier rates for the electric. I hate variables rates, and contracts that roll over to variable rates.
But older individual's don't exactly remember if they signed up for the rates, and after x months it goes to variable rates and they pay through the nose on inflated electric rates.
0.074¢ per kilowatt hour is WAY cheaper if their rates are 0.10¢+
👍

So then someone who "can" arrest isn't exactly a LEO. Like a FBI agent. Thanks

That last sentence is the only thing you have said that makes sense.
Whole departments aren't Leos, only people with arresting powers.
I'm a civilian, I provide an information to magistrate and commence a citizen's arrest.
Am I always a LEO?
Is arresting power vested in the information provided to the judge after the investigation. Or is the arresting power arrested until a judge signs off or investigation is complete?

After an investigation for federal law violation sure, or a felony committed in front of an agent sure.

Congress said it's Investigative.
If a possible violation of federal law under the jurisdiction of the FBI has occurred, the Bureau will conduct an investigation. The information and evidence gathered in the course of that investigation are then presented to the appropriate U.S. Attorney or Department of Justice official, who will determine whether or not prosecution or further action is warranted.
Where is the FBI’s authority written down?
The FBI has a range of legal authorities that enable it to investigate federal crimes and threats to national security, as well as to gather intelligence and assist other law enforcement agencies

It's the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Not the Federal Bureau Of Policing
I don't understand what you're not comprehending about the definitions defined by words that should not be difficult to understand.

Edit: I'm not a lawyer. I'm not in the legal profession. You obviously had counsel and they did their job. In the final determination - Legal Analysis point one;
"Here, the Request seeks a report of “all titles checked out by those patrons that are not students.”[...]"
The issue isn't they didn't give you what you want, the issue is you didn't ask for the information you wanted.
Your counsel should and could help you rewrite the RTK request, you want policy's that dictate internal review procedure for determination of books purported ability to be removed, and what criteria is determined to make a book become under review. Any communication regarding books that should be or shouldn't be banned directly or indirectly to the board and all their staff.
That's the stuff you want. They can't do anything without having procedure, and procedures need to be followed.

Make sure you always tell them that the car has a car alarm and anti theft. It may seem insignificant or kinda obvious that most cars do have them, but it actually helps with your rate, due to the possibility that it can be a theft deterrent. 👍

In reality, Carvana was a great idea. Except, it was an idea that got funded by people who saw the immediate cash they could make by selling the stocks.
Carvana has lost its sales license is multiple states. Has restrictions on it's license in almost as many, for failure to follow state laws/guidelines for car transfers.
Go to YouTube, and insert this into the search and just start watching them cuz they are actually funny, I am not Steve Lehto. I am not endorsing him or sponsored. I just have watched him for years and he always has shit on Carvana.
steve lehto & "carvana"

This should be at the top of every buying car post
WCAIS_PA_Individual t1_jb38ci1 wrote
You can call progressive, tell them you want state minimum coverage for the year and make of the car. When they ask for a vin inform them that you do not have it to provide. They should say okay, get the ball rolling and when you purchase the car, you call and tell them the vin. When registration is approved by the state (which needs insurance lol) You will be good.

Stop race shaming actual Races with your uneducated responses .
BTW, indigenous was a determination of if an individual was "Negro" or born in the Americas
>As a reference to a group of people, the term Indigenous first came into use by Europeans who used it to differentiate the Indigenous peoples of the Americas from enslaved Africans. It may have first been used in this context by Sir Thomas Browne. In Chapter 10 of Pseudodoxia Epidemica (1646), entitled "Of the Blackness of Negroes", Browne wrote "and although in many parts thereof there be at present swarms of Negroes serving under the Spaniard, yet were they all transported from Africa, since the discovery of Columbus; and are not indigenous or proper natives of America."[5][6]

You said race in the post I'm responding to, that's also the question that I have been responding to and for. Indigenous is literally a ethnicity, what aren't you understanding ?
Indigenous People =
Ethnic groups descended from and identified with the original inhabitants of a given region
