Sonicare is good. Gotta admit though, it's the only electric toothbrush I've ever had. It is possible that it sucks compared to others. I really like it though.

That's the average amount of days they say it takes to break a habit or form a new one. This indicates to me that this is how long it takes to convince your subconscious of something. I had a class in college where the entire premise was that if you convince yourself of something, your subconscious will strive to make it happen. I've heard a similar concept from other places as well.
I'm not a psychologist, but this indicates to me that if you were to form a new habit by doing this for 66 days, you will convince your subconscious of it, which will in turn cause it to manifest into reality ie: you can train yourself to be more positive

Based on everything I know about psychology, which admittedly isn't much, this should be work and will be most effective if practiced daily for at least 66 consecutive days when you begin.

You're probably better off if you don't. I did and regret it. I've somewhat reverted, but still have trouble in some social interactions as a result. You'll likely connect better with people if you don't.

No, my post was as clear as it needed to be. If they want expert advice they should go ask a dentist. I'm just a guy with nice teeth. No toothpick needed, I use a water flosser. =)

Yeah, I don't eat directly after eating. Not because I knew the information you shared or anything, so thanks for the info.
It's because I don't like the feel of brushing out whatever little bits of food may have been in my teeth. It feels like a waste. I like to wait a little until most of the little bits either absorb or work their way out. Usually a few hours. For example, today I ate lunch at 1 and brushed at about 3.

There is no substitute for good dental hygiene. Brush after meals, use mouthwash, floss, and white stripes really do work.

This isn't a good lpt. $25k isn't enough for some and isn't required for others. I started a business without getting a loan at all, just using a credit card to purchase materials until we got paid on the first few jobs. Never had to pay interest. The real lpt is just the encouragement that it is possible. Assess your needs and use an appropriate method based on your situation.

You can tell him straight up without being mean. Just be like "hey bud, no offense but I don't really want to hang out with you."

Oh yes, much better! When you're done, your mouth feels much cleaner than with a regular brush.
That statement never made sense to me before getting one. I thought "what the heck, my mouth feels really clean. They must not know how to brush well". After all, I always had nice teeth!
Well come to find out, it's true! Also, I've got a little overlap spot behind my bottom teeth that was always hard to clean. This sucker vibrates it right out of there! It basically just wiggles the brushes against your teeth real fast.
I was always the type to spend $1 on five brushes every so often and use them till they're well done. I'll probably always use an electric toothbrush now as long as I can afford it.
