Someone put their blower away the other day and had the nerve to post about it here. That’s why.

You’re right. Lets just round up to 3k for a 1 bedroom with shared walls. Can’t wait to move in.

The prices + rates are one disaster but the inventory is so bleak. We’ll see bc renting is just getting more and more expensive. Maybe OP can rent me their soon to be cute duplex for 2500$ a month lmao

Send her an anonymous note that people are noticing so maybe she needs to run her business elsewhere. Seems like the better option than sending police to her home.

No… everyone does not. Are you paying attention? Some people can’t even afford groceries now.

I didn’t read it - just shared what I learned from customers who got scammed. A woman mailed a check, it got intercepted, the scammer used the numbers on it to transfer money. She only realized after 3k was missing.

Don’t mail checks, and if you do don’t keep a lot of money in the account

Streaming services don’t ask to screenshare your computer when you do TV sign in or ask you to send them money. There are a lot of fraud TV sign in sites preying on people typing in the wrong web address.
So many customers have shared these two scams with me, the first in passing and the second as the reason they called in. Not just older people either, a lot of 20 somethings and middle aged people fall for the second scam.
