Some CPUs have a low power GPU integrated into it, hence Integrated GPU, and not all CPUs have them.

These Integrated GPUs are very weak and are meant for the bare minimum of graphics processing, enough to draw the interface of a word document or other programs and that's about it. Attempting to do anything complicated such as 3D rendering, even really simple ones will start to strain it.

Despite this these Integrated GPUs are still much better at graphics processing than software renderers that actually use the CPU.

TCM isn't the reason why they insist on using domestically produced versions of the COVID vaccines which are significantly less effective than the foreign produced versions of the same vaccines.

The issue isn't that they're pushing TCM but that the actual medicine that they do use are just less effective than their foreign counterparts.

There's also the lie in the other direction. While I don't think it's practiced anymore, sometimes software would "fake load" in that the program simply just waits for an extra bit of time because people would think that a computer didn't do something properly if it worked too fast.
