I've been there. Couple of friends from there. I think it's called crystal lake road. On that street is a giant family with like a hundred broken down cars.

What forms do you need to fill out. I filled out the 313 (?) And I'm just waiting to hear back from them. Is there anything else I need to do? Usually I guess the installing company takes care of this but I did it myself.

I simply don't. Have to use 4x4 to get in drive way. I don't get packages delivered and friends don't visit in the winter.
