If you go on a job interview you know what salary you want and deserve for your experience and skill level. My point is the city council has much more pressing issues that making this a law. Who was harmed so terribly that someone said we can never have this happen again. It must be stamped out. It’s a completely unnecessary law issued by people who have zero concept how the private sector works.
