Reply to Parking spot money "past due" even though lease termination notice was given - potential for legal trouble? by shmalo
Small claims and housing court judges aren't robots. If the property manager wastes the courts time by asking for a judgement against you, given your paper trail, the judge is going to dismiss it immediately. The clerk probably won't even give the property manager a court date. Keep your records, don't pay another penny

Did you receive a proof of security deposit received, including bank name and account number, for the first apartment? Did your $5k security deposit get transferred to your new apartment or did you have to make another security deposit? If you haven't received any communications regarding this money, it's time to ask management in writing where that money is.

Before claiming racism, is everyone else in the building being treated the same way? Spend some time in the lobby and observe how other tenants are treated. A new management company on site may be due to lack of performance/enforcement of security measures by the previous management company.

Elevators are notoriously finicky, especially in older buildings. Qualified elevator repairmen are in short supply and high demand. There is no upside for management to not have the elevators in working condition. They want them fixed as much as the tenants do I'd guess. If you feel this issue warrants a call to your local inspectional services department, do so. You may want to contact the MA Office on Disability for further information.

The Hilton on Broad St, if you catch it right, has some pretty good deals

That's a stupid high estimate. Is there access to disconnect the drain? Setting a tub sucks but if you're planning on new tile or whatever, beat that tub out. Put some earplugs in then put some earmuffs over and beat that old beast of a tub out with a sledgehammer into pieces. The new tub will be fibreglass, which sucks, but it'll be new

Gametime is partnered with Ticketmaster to sell leftover tickets. They say they sell tix up to 90 minutes after the game starts but who knows.
Pour some out for the scalpers at venues of yesteryear. "Tickets, tickets, sellin', buyin'?"
