From what I can see, humans are kept alive for far too long already. We have nursing homes full of people who don't know who they are or where they are, falling down and injuring themselves or unable to move around at all...being kept alive for what...so family members don't have to grieve? It's cruel.
Ive seen the body outlast the mind and the mind outlast the body..both are tragic.

Maybe since mine was for cancer, they couldn't do it vaginally. I dont even remember an option being given. I was just happy not be cut open like my c-sections. But, vaginal does make the most sense, since they removed the cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes. I wonder why it wasn't done that way..I honestly never even thought about it.

Da vinci does excellent hysterectomies too. Only 4 little 1 inch scars on the belly.

Abused by her kidnapper too. Tragic story as it unfolds. Only 20 mins away from her family her whole life.
