Which is fine, I'm just pointing out that 10,000 jobs isn't really a great success when you are spending 100 billion dollars.

At over 100 billion in costs, that is 10 million per job created.

Reply to ELI5: Why is it that, at some gas stations, it’s cheaper to pay with cash instead a credit card? by tgjj530
Credit cards have fees. If you pay cash, the merchant avoids these fees. A cash discount also requires you to enter the store (where they sell things like soda and candy, that have a much higher margin than gas)

I guess this requirement isn't within reason, so they are leaving.

If you want to know more about Harley's, this is a good video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XeuXShFIgyc&t=118s
In Harley's case, 2 pistons are mounted at the same point on the crank shaft, so the firing has to be 45 degrees offset, since the cylinders are 45 degrees offset.
Harley also fires both spark plugs at the same time. These two factors lead to a different sound when comparing it to other bikes.

The issue is, they get stuck in traffic, that is slow to move out of the way.
Sometimes it can go into opposing traffic, sometimes it can't. But having a green light for the direction it's going would often speed it up.

You would just ask them to repeat the message, or to repeat the beginning of the message.
Perhaps the person who sent the message is gone, so you just write down what you have, and make the best of it.

There is, if a significant percent of the population does not speak English as a foreign language.
The issue, especially with paper ballots, having any language ready go go just isn't feasible. One polling location could have many different precincts, each with its own ballot.
I think electronic machines should be programmed to support many languages, but if there is a paper ballot, and you don't speak English, getting an absentee ballot is probably easier. Then you can translate it at home.

I don't think paramedics are trained to check for a driver's license before helping somebody.
I'm assuming they use their eyes and look.

As a male, what does this mean for my insurance rates if I switch?

I'm not an electrician, so don't listen to me, but what is the harm in going with smaller wire?
Lets say you have 60 amp wire, then in a junction box you add connect 40 amp wire to lengthen the circuit. Assuming a 40 amp breaker* is that an issue?
Obviously using a 60 amp breaker is a very bad idea.

This train is also projected to be slower, and more expensive than flying, so all 2 million are not going to switch to the train.
