Very few have posted generation kill, I didn’t really think of this show at all, then was talking to a guy that was in Iraq and Afghanistan as a tank commander and he pointed out that show is the most accurate depiction he has ever saw in a show. And it was the little things, the clothes get worse and worse fights over who gets to play their music on the PA.

The version I heard of this was “a guy got a new job at a sex store, the manager trains him and shows him around and says:’hey I have to go do somethings I will be back in about an hour’ so the guy is sitting at the counter and a white woman comes in and asks for dildos, he says we have a white one and a black one, she says I have never had a black one before I will take that one. A few mins later a black lady comes in and again asks for a dildo he explains we have a white one and a black one, she says I have never had a white one I will take that one. Well about 10 minutes later a blonde comes in again asking for a dildo, he says we have a white one and a black one, she says, I have both of those do you have anything different? He says yes!, we have a plaid one that just came in, it costs twice as much, she says yes I will take that one. The manager comes back and asks so how did you do? He says I sold a white model, a black model and your thermos.

Yeah that is true, the electrical grid in the US has to be manually maintained in near real-time. Honestly it shouldn’t as a computer could handle this with no problems at all, but the systems to control that are not in place. Most power plants require power from elsewhere to run, with the exceptions of PV Solar, and some windmills the small ones not the big ones those require power to position themselves. Nuclear, forget about it, if the grid failed the plant would instantly go into standby followed by an automatic shutdown.

Having listened to MJF’s books it really puts into perspective the Hell that poor man has been through. He had a tumor on his spinal cord, that only one surgeon that would even attempt to try to remove it. Also how Parkinson’s affects everything, the little things like how to walk, the automatic things of your feet moving and pivoting along with your knees ect that goes away, so to walk you have to mentally think of every movement every joint ect. MJF’s foundation has come up with many treatments and things to help others with Parkinson’s
