Okay... apparently, I'm not fully awake yet (need another cuppa joe).
I read this as you making an italicized cheesesteak, and I was staring trying to figure out how the sandwich was slanted... 🙄🤦♂️

This is the best way to prepare a lot of bacon at the same time, and the rendered bacon fat will be clear and be saved for later (roasted veg and potatoes, soup add-in, searing steak/pork, etc.).
Delicious!

Reply to ToeStubbers a beautiful sunset at North Beach in Western Australia. [5829 x 3879] [OC] by VLWphotography
Two things I learned when I visited my cousins in Australia (Sydney).
-
The landscape is gorgeous in ways unimaginable. Including the sunsets.
-
You folks named places such that the rest of the world thinks you're all taking a piss at place naming. 😉🙄

Reply to does anyone know how to trim styrofoam? by friggityfrogg
Easy way?
Get an old knife you don't care about. An old butter or steak knife will work. Heat it on a stove element. Cut the styrofoam with hot knife.
Warning - do this in a very well ventilated area and preferably with a respirator with a VOC filter. A hot knife cutting plastic will throw off some pretty nasty chemical vapors.
