You can do what I do, and…..travel to the panhandle to visit my parents and always get Whataburger and/or Culver’s.

Definitely not like Whataburger at all…but still excellent.

I’m not sure - they might be catering only. There’s definitely a for lease sign on the front, but I might call this weekend to see if I can still get some takeout.

I’ll throw Cucina Vitale in there. It’s right on Carson St in the strip. Small (like 6 tables tops) Italian spot. The chef is wonderfully nice and I learned about it from his (also wonderfully nice) father and late grandfather. Definitely worth a stop.

There’s one in a parking garage in the Strip on 28th street that’s functional.

Def agree with everyone else though. I have a little ryobi one that is in the same batter system as some power tools I have, and it’s probably what I use the most.

Penzeys is hard to beat, tbh. I don’t know anything else down this way really.

And the majority of them take part in demand response, which usually is in the summer but functions for this as well. Elevators, HVAC limited, etc etc.

I agree with the above. Depending on where you are you could be pretty set. The Strip District has groceries, stuff to do, and a quick trip to downtown.

My god yes. I haven’t been there in ages. I was worried if they would make it through the Pandemic. I used to lifeguard at the pool where the chef’s dad and grandfather were regulars and they were really nice people.
