You signed the lease. You're right, it's binding. Have you tried just asking your LL if you pay on the fifth, 'just to prevent hardship' or to break your payment into two payments, 1st and 15th. Get it in wrighting (confirmation text) if he agrees.

Each bath took about 5 days to complete. Plumbing wasn't moved and floors were already tiled. Hardest part really was busting up the cast iron tub to get it out.

I just got a quote, then I had a contractor install the the shower, tub, vanity and sink I bought, and did two baths (duplex) for less than their one bath quote including my purchases.

Reply to comment by cmyk412 in How long does it typically take to get a response to a 311 request? I submitted a web form last week and haven't heard anything back yet. by GroundbreakingGrade0
The response is not the solution. It should be assigned an order number rather quickly. It can be done anonomously thru the website and in that case you won't get a response.

This wasn't the 90's either and school rankings are public information. Woodland Hills High School is ranked within the bottom 50% of all 2,797 schools in Pennsylvania
I have no skin in the game, and frankly, I didn't say anything bad about the district, just that prospective homeowners research their schools.

First, sign up for Informed Delivery right now. That will e-mail you a pic of mail coming to your house. For return receipt requested, you actually have to go into the post office and fill out a form

You got a school age fiancé, check the school districts first. Booth those areas are Woodland Hills. Propel is one of the charter schools for that area.

Word of warning, don't order a Busch Light at the bar or the bar tender will go to the person sitting nearest you and talk about how real men order Iron City while looking directly at you.

I had a similiar problem so I did a little experiment (btw, calling and reporting it didn't help). I sent myself a letter with tracking. It was a wild ride watching it slowly not get to my house. It finally made it after about 21 days, but that seemed to do the trick. You can also try return receipt requested but only if you're home during the day.

Hello neighbor. You probably won't have any trouble, but after my move, I gotbrid of most of my boxes by giving them away on Craigslist. The rest I just drove over to Construction Junction.

Ugh. I hear that. I have the worst skin and I have to stay on it, so to speak, to prevent breakouts, including keeping hydrated. My dermatologist recommened any mositurizer that was labeled noncomedogenic which doesn't block pores. Look for one that has the level of spf you want/need. Caerful, good stuff can be spendy.

I know I'm not the norm here, but I never use a service (doordash, ubereats), I call the place directly, and I want the drivers to fight each other when they see my name, pizza delivery, minimum 10 bucks but probably not more than $15.
Sit down and ordef, as a former server, usually 20%, rounded up.
