I don’t drive, but honestly full service is better. It provides jobs and reduces risk of fire.

No I’m saying people moving here from out of state will take housing away from people already struggling. And the more demand surpasses supply the more prices will increase.

Read Article II of the state constitution. It says explicitly that the government will not infringe on any man’s right to worship however he chooses. That’s not politics, it’s the blasted law.

Nah, it’s like when Roberts created the Obamacare mandate by saying it would be legal if they called it a tax. So they suddenly decided to call it a tax and bam we were saddled with unconstitutional extortion for decades.
Or when the House capped their number at 435 because it didn’t technically violate the text, while overlooking the whole spirit of representative government by population.
Or when SCOTUS created a right to abortion in Roe and later in Casey (which Dobbs has since stated was created, and thus struck down).

Untrue. We have religious freedom enshrined in our constitution and yet they banned people from going to church in 2020. That was a betrayal.

I don’t know if requiring it is a good idea, but it’s certainly better to not prevent it.

If a summer movie win feels weird, consider that Silence of the Lambs came out in February. Though I suspect videocassette helped that film.

It does. But I was mid sentence not wanting to screw the grammar up trying to word it better. Point is we are presumptively innocent unless proven otherwise.

This sounds right in theory but is certainly not true in practice in Framingham. they keep building and rent keeps rising. I have been living in these carved up apartments for over a decade. We were evicted from our fist one so landlord could essentially carve our apartment into two. All our attic storage space became another room and bathroom. More apartments with less storage is bad. In our current place, we have no thermostat control. The upstairs neighbors keep it too hot and do nothing to curb the mouse problem.

In the eyes of the law then those assets are not criminal. No innocent person should have his property stolen, period. That’s basic constitutional rights. Even if actually guilty, if courts fail to conclude that he is presumed innocent.

I’m a freedom-loving independent conservative and I fully support any efforts to combat asset forfeiture nonsense. The state has no right to a person’s property.

Where did you find a house by the train station? I thought those were all carved up for crappy apartments we can’t afford.
