It is not refurbished. I am buying directly from a person. I can return it and get refund if not satisfied. I am in India and it's price touched $86 during an amazon sale recently. I was stupid enough to miss it. But this person purchased it in December 2020. Also maybe he is the 2nd buyer as he has blurred out shipping address on Amazon invoice.

It is functional but batteries have been replaced. That's why I think backup is low. It's more than 2 years old that's why maybe cheap.
