Harrison Ford is known to be very selective of the scripts he accepts, so maybe it's his fault not Hollywood's

I have also seen him in quite a few comedies, mostly romantic comedies, am not sure if those are considered comedy roles or not

It ends on a huge reveal, so one can consider it a cliffhanger. It makes one want to watch the next season though

I watched 3 seasons, I was planning on watching the 4th one, but am not so sure now

The first was great, Harrison Ford Anthony Hopkins was exceptional in it, like truly effortless great acting.

The second was okay but it felt like they were trying too hard to be as good as the first

The 3rd is okay too if you switch your brain off, better than most things on TV. If you like mindless action movies you will like season 3

I feel like I too should be asking if season 4 ends on a cliffhanger so that I should decide whether to watch it

Maybe it's just not for you. I have watched movies and shows before which most people seem to like and I didn't feel the same way

Sometimes a rewatch fixes that issue but most times I just conclude that the problem is with me.

That's why I find it weird when some people say a universally liked movie is bad. If it's universally liked, then there is a higher chance that you are the problem than that the movie is bad

Both Dark and Chernobyl have a similar opening scene, where a character commits suicide. In fact, in Chernobyl it's the main character who does it

And I thought both times it was a great way to start the show, I really wanted to know why they were doing that

Your reaction to that scene is probably because you weren't in the right mindset for such a scene or maybe you personally can't stand anything like that

>The UK has a lot more south Asians than black people but for some reason they don't get included when talking about "diversity"

UK shows are kinda weird in this way. Blacks make up 3% of the UK population but UK shows make that percentage seem way higher

So I think black actors find it much easier to get roles there than other races. I am not sure if that is negatively affecting some groups of people or not, I guess it can be considered okay because blacks probably found it hard to get roles many years ago

Dude really enjoyed How to Train Your Dragon and was so excited to watch another thing about dragons not knowing what to expect

I too get very hurt whenever people die in shows or movies. There was a death in Breaking Bad that hurt me so badly that I couldn't continue watching it for a while, I was devastated. Game of Thrones was bad too but I was older so could handle it much better

House of the Dragon looks like it is only gonna get worse from here so be ready, I mean, I hope no one I like dies but I don't really see it going that way

I don't think it's the prevailing sentiment at all. You can even check the IMDb ratings and it's not even close, heck, there are lots of shows rated higher than House of the Dragon, while Game of Thrones was on top for most of it's run

House of the Dragon improves on a lot of things like acting, but I think it feels so good because it is related to Game of Thrones, while Game of Thrones stood on it's own without needing anything to prop it up. Without GOT, Hotd would be considered above average

It's not very active but you can contribute to make it more so

>Currently, we have Interview with the Vampire, Let the Right One In, What We Do in the Shadows and First Kill.

There is also Vampire Academy, I haven't watched it but I read the books so I may binge it when it's done airing
