That and he and his brother are being charged with human trafficking for kidnapping women and forcing them to make only fans style porn. Some of their money will have come from this absolutely abhorrent behaviour.

The police didn't use the pizza box to locate him, they've already raided his place this year.
They used it to confirm he was in the country because they didn't want to storm his compound and spook him into running abroad.

You're right, Fraser was ahead of his time. He'd be Hollywood's favourite leading man if he'd gotten into the business more recently.
