By that logic linguistic nationalism doesn’t exist in this universe. Tell me one case where language is not associated with ethno-nationalism.

What about Assamese, Manipuris and Nagaland which seeks independence? The Naga insurgency is still strong

It’s not? Then what is linguistic nationalism? If Bengalis being killed to make Assamese a dominant language or Bengalis dying to get their language recognised as official language is not? Or Tamils burning themselves to death to protest Hindi imposition?
