It looks specific with references to violations and terms that allow the eviction. The lawful (legal) original lease supersedes any sublease. Not that it really matters (it doesn't), but did the sublease (yes, I know you say it wasn't a legal one) have anything to say on the subject? Are the passages cited in the eviction notice accurate?

If you are on an unapproved sub-lease, I doubt you have anything protecting you.

Well....

2021: 218 Homicides, 1,618 Assaults w/ a Dangerous Weapon and 1,971 Robberies.

Gunfire has to happen on an average day, right?

Respectful thoughts:

Try to ensure or ask if he is dry, clean, warm, dressed and knows where his next 3 meals are coming from. Look for inability to sit unaided and ask about any notable complaint. Watch for signs of poor circulation.

You have my best wish that your good acts come back to you.

I used to instruct for one of the "experiences". Each person has to measure their interest versus the cost (the cost used to be variable - in some cases, negotiable based on how you signed up). There are add-on features which impact the price: GoPro footage of your drive, pic of you in the car etc)

I'll just note that from my right seat perspective - the laws of physics in the Ferrari are the exact same as they were when drove your Honda Accord to the event. Its when people don't want to grasp that simple truth that things go south.

There are far, far more difficult and dangerous things you will encounter driving. Many. Every day. Most intersections.

Keep your head in the game, focus on what is important and be safe.

Serious recommendation: If you qualify (age limit), sign up for "Tire Rack's Street Survival School". Costs almost nothing. You will leave the day a far better, factually more aware and better driver with some serious car control skills that can save your life. The car control exercises are incredibly valuable and you'll get great time feeling your car lose traction (and then you'll regain it) in a safe, consequence-free environment.

That is perhaps the weakest and silliest excuse for a traffic violation I have ever heard (and I've heard some really dumb ones). If you tried it, the judge is going to ride you like a pony.

If a flash/reflection of a light is enough to cause you to fail to drive safely, you should surrender your driver's license. There are lots of lights everywhere that could trigger your claimed traffic ptsd.
