Nice thing is people do play a ton in nyc area even in the winter. Myself included.

Court technology has improved over the years, especially around hardcourt send them to come considerably cheaper to make almost similiar to a basketball court

Now, of course the difference versus let’s say a basketball cord is way more people can play basketball versus playing tennis at a given time

Sometimes I’ll usually just bite the bullet on the train back on the path thru deep Brooklyn as long as im somewhat near the l train stops. If you time it well it’s not terrible.

Depending on who you are the commute may make you feel a bit unsafe. Albeit I never had a problem but I can see that not being the optimal route for everyone

we are having a somewhat similiar election in our BoE in neighboring hoboken. Although for us its a little bit more....crazier...maybe?

The side that seems to be good in keeping the tax burden afloat seems to be extremely....republican and one side has done a good job portraying them as trumpists/ anti progresssive (and arguably some of it is probably true, i can't find too much data otherwise on it).

The other side is incumbents that have gotten way too comfortable with their seat and try to propose a massive high school bond in january after election season for a 240+m school. The focus for them may be to continously raise taxes.

Man, makes this whole situation hard to decide for for an undecided voter.
