I disagree with this video. Crashes we've seen have been due largely to excess debt.

We don't really have that in the current climate. Inventory shortages and people unwilling to give up their low interest rate mortgage will keep prices high-ish.

Prices may float down somewhat, but we won't be seeing a huge drop anytime soon.

Ditto on dog sling... Ours randomly tore his cruciate ligament and I shudder to think what we would've done with an 80lb dog on top of a mountain.

Otherwise it's a lot of getting your dog used to asking for help. Uncomfortable scramble? Wait for directions and help from the human.

Our youngest is still learning (which results in me having to catch her as she starts to take a tumble). Our oldest waits for me to help when he's uncomfortable.

Went to UNH, but have a fair number of friends who went to Plymouth and know some of the faculty.

If it's an honest money-not-an-issue choice between UNH and Plymouth, with education being the focus, choose UNH.

Plymouth is starting to struggle with declining enrollment and entire departments are getting slashed. UNH just has more resources for almost everything.

I don't know if this quite meets your specs, but we have battery backups on a lot of our electrical equipment that can let it run for several hours during an outage. These are significantly cheaper than a powerwall ($150-$500ish)

This means that we can still have wifi/internet (fiber often stays up during an outage) even if we don't have power.

We were out for several hours, but for us the only difference was the lights. (woodstove heat)
