Juliette is doing phenomenal mouth acting to really sell being a long time addict. Watch how she talks, you can tell some of the teeth are gone, and she's been cranked long enough to have the jerky motions.

I feel like I'm constantly recommending this for every situation but Jagged Little Pill, the whole album by Alanis Morisette is about being groomed and coming of age and a couple songs are directly about sexual trauma. It's also, IMO, the greatest single album of all time.
