The court faxes it over to the police and they attempt to serve it in hand to the defendant.

They will attempt once or twice a shift depending on the town/city. After that the court may allow them to contact the person by phone.

Reply to Boston could be first municipality to require stores, restaurants, and hotels to donate leftover food by bostondotcom
I used to work for a grocery store and we would box up all the dented cans, or broken boxes of food for the food pantry. We ended up throwing it out because they couldn’t be bothered to come and get it.

White vinegar is better than bleach for mold. Bleach only kills mold on the surface. Vinegar will go below the surface.

What did your friend fill out when he got hired? 1099 means he’s an indecent contractor. I hope he saved some of his money to pay for the taxes he owes.

You can get a permit, but you would still need to register and insure it before you can ride it.

Why would they care. Thanks to Rachel Rollins, Suffolk County doesn’t prosecute for shoplifting. There’s no point in arresting these people.

If it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen. The neighbors responsibility stops at the property line unless there is proof that it was an issue.
