I prefer a béchamel because I don’t really love the texture of ricotta. It isn’t terrible, but it isn’t my favorite. The last lasagna I made I decided to try a béchamel instead of ricotta and it was my husbands and my favorite lasagna we’ve ever had. Never going back!

I would kill for that level of flexibility.

It also seems like you are a valued and respected member of the team and that the company wants to keep you happy and keep you around.

I won’t stick around for much, but I would stick around for all that.

Same cut I always use, and same method. Works great every time! It’s almost an effortless meal that is so delicious and comforting.

We get these madras lentil soups from Costco and they’re SO GOOD mixed into the fancy Annie’s bunny mac and cheese lol. One of my and my husbands favorite comfort/guilt meals lol.
