Nearly all kitchens in CT have Mexican workers, you will find Mexican food no problem.

Don’t bring my beloved civic into this. It takes at least 4 minutes to get it up to three digits.

Heard nothing but awful things about that place. They’re likely seeking desperate people who are willing to work in shit conditions for mediocre pay.

Completely legal - CT is an “at-will” state. Unless she has some kind of contract or union protection that suggests otherwise, Lord Bezos has final say.

Not half as bad as Mass. I hate driving through Westfield, their traffic engineers had to have been on drugs.

It’s really inconvenient trying to decide which pizza joint to order from. When my family gets together we end up having to order from multiple places cause everyone has their favorite.

Salt isn’t for snow, it’s for ice. You don’t need snow for ice, we have had rain and freezing rain.

Lmao I didn’t even really consider reading the second part of the sentence, but it really does just get better if you do lmao.
From the way it reads it seems more like his dad doesn’t actually love BJs, he just loves the way BJs taste, but it’s a lot of work to get that taste he so craves.

Massive mineral count - I’ve been researching water filter systems for my place just to help with that. Appreciate you looking out though. Someone posted a link to a plumber that got back to me with a couple questions, hopefully they’ll be able to send someone out and get everything situated.

Also, if you’re a wine or beer drinker, CT has “wine trail passports” for local wineries and breweries that you can get. It helps try new things in the area and you can get little stamps in the passport. Kind of fun, I thought.
