I'm me experience, if it's metal and you can get it to the street with a free sign on it, it will be gone within the day

I was living in Capital Garage apparently next to Community Pride grocery store, corner of Broad and Ryland....went outside to smoke and got hit with a blast of heat soon as I opened the doors, smoke everywhere. Walked around corner and it was like opening an oven, huge flames towering over broad street, lacking the buildings on the other side.

Leather Honey is what I use for my vintage mercedes seats and its fantastic

I live half a mile away and have no issue Races are basically like having a neighbors loud ac compressor going on 2x a year. It's really a street by street comparison to how nice the neighborhood is. I'm on Chatham Drive and it's quiet since it's backs up to a cemetery (which is great for walking and seeing wildlife) Moved here 6 years ago and it's changed a LOT

Shafer is fine. Hibbs was really bad. Menu has been revamped over last couple years and food is good now.

22 years in the industry, 12 here in Richmond. It's a problem here there and everywhere. The article is sugar-coated honestly with how bad the industry can be.
