Check out the Charlevoix Impact Crater in Quebec, which straddles the St. Lawrence River up from Quebec City, making it much more accessible than other Canadian impact craters.

It wouldn't keep an atmosphere in the geological long term, but in the human short term it would work fine.

Back in the mid-60's we had one of those, lit by the mandatory slowly spinning four-color-wheel spotlight. We thought we were so avant-garde. It got old pretty quick.
